Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Current turn around time is 3-5 days for our ready to ship items , custom orders can take  up to 7 weeks to complete depending on the style/design ( Couture takes at least 12 weeks depending on the design). Custom sizing orders have an additional charge depending on the style/design and measurements.

Shipping times vary, we tend to use Priority mail for most of our orders which takes about 2-3 business days to arrive for customers in the US. Priority Mail Express takes about 1-2 business days to arrive in the US. (sometimes longer on the holidays) We can't 100% guarantee delivery times since it is out of our control after we give the package to the shipping company. Please feel free to select the appropriate shipping method during checkout to ensure your item arrives on time, leaving a note of when you are needing your item by could also help. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.

We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. All purchases are shipped by USPS. Packages that are shipped via priority mail in the USA are automatically insured to up to $100.00
