  • Once your order enters processing or shipment, we are unable to cancel it.

3. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to production commitments.

4. Digital or Gift Card Purchases

  • All digital product and gift card purchases are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
